FANCY ONE ECF GRADED GAME ON A SATURDAY EVENING?

We often have a lot of half point byes on Saturday evening, and if you can't make the whole weekend we wondered whether you might be interested in playing one ECF graded game? not FIDE rated) The time control would be the same, 60 minutes each plus 30 seconds a move throughout, and the game starts at 5.30pm on Saturday and could go on to 8.30pm.

You would be paired against someone roughly your own strength and play alongside the other players in the congress.  It would cost you £8.00, or £14.00 for players who are not already ECF SIlver members (we will upgrade you to Silver if you are already Bronze) or above (you have to be Gold to play in the congress). Email me adamraoof@gmail.com if you are interested, and I'll pair you up with someone!  Or just register right here.

Here is the list of players registered for the next event, on 13-14 June.  You will be able to follow both events from the same screen at chess-results.com all weekend.

If you played in the 28th Hampstead and were looking for the results on FIDE, unfortunately they did not get submitted in time - my apologies.  However they have now been received by FIDE and your rating changes will appear in the July 1 list as usual, and measures have been put in place to make sure this doesn't happen again.

Please note that a) if you have not provided any information abouit rating or grading, you may not be eligible for any prizes in the U1900 and b) if you haven't paid for your place, you won't be paired!

If you have no standard FIDE rating, it is your responsibility to provide as much information as possible about your rating or grading history.

Looking forward to the tournament!
